Salary: $127,313 - $147,099 USD

What you will do

• Design and execute research projects to innovate cell and gene therapy platforms.
• Develop and optimize assays including lentiviral vector production, flow cytometry, ELISA, and PCR.
• Conduct in vitro and in vivo studies to assess drug candidate potency and safety.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to generate robust, data-driven conclusions.
• Analyze, interpret, and document experimental results to ensure data integrity.
• Contribute to scientific strategy and experimental planning for pipeline advancement.

Requirements

• PhD in Immunology or a related discipline required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in cell and gene therapy research.
• Strong hands-on experience with cellular immunology and viral vector technologies.
• Proven scientific productivity through publications or patents.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
