Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Watford, UK (Hybrid: 60% office attendance required).

What you will do
- Lead and track a variety of operational projects to support business growth.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure project plans are executed effectively.
- Gather business requirements and manage change control processes to ensure successful outcomes.
- Analyze current processes to identify risks, eliminate failures, and drive continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including process maps and procedural materials.
- Communicate project updates to stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
Requirements
- Must be able to work from the Watford office at least 3 days per week.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in project management or leading key projects.
- Strong multitasking, planning, and analytical skills.
- Experience with process mapping and identifying operational risks.
- Proficiency in Excel and presentation software.
- Ability to collaborate with subject matter experts and challenge collaborators to achieve positive results.
Nice to have
- Experience in website development or working closely with IT departments.
- Familiarity with Atlassian tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Trello.
- Previous experience managing PMO tools like Product Plan.
