What you will do

• Lead end-to-end implementation activity for large and complex PRT transactions.
• Provide technical expertise across legal, regulatory, reinsurance, and operational matters.
• Manage tailored servicing responses for RFQs and support new business opportunities.
• Lead client servicing content in pitches and final presentations.
• Develop pension technical, transition, and onboarding capabilities within the team.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews with Trustees, Advisers, and Administrators.

Requirements

• Pensions qualification (e.g., PMI) or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong experience in administering, transitioning, or onboarding Defined Benefit pension schemes.
• In-depth knowledge of Pension Risk Transfer, including buy-ins and buy-outs.
• Deep understanding of DB pension regulations and wind-up requirements.
• Proven experience presenting to Trustees, Advisers, and senior external stakeholders.
• Strong project management skills; PRINCE2 qualification is highly desirable.
