What you will do

• Lead and project-manage high-priority strategic initiatives, including new product launches and business transformation.
• Conduct rigorous analysis for decision-making, including market sizing, competitive benchmarking, and business case development.
• Partner with sales leadership to drive go-to-market strategies, pipeline analytics, and client coverage optimization.
• Act as the key interface between product, technology, and business to ensure roadmap alignment with commercial objectives.
• Prepare high-quality strategic updates, business reviews, and investor briefings for ExCo, Board, and CEO-level audiences.
• Coordinate the annual and quarterly planning cycles to provide leadership with critical analysis.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience, ideally in strategy consulting (Manager level or equivalent at a top-tier firm).
• Meaningful exposure to capital markets or financial services.
• Proven track record of owning complex, multi-stakeholder workstreams end-to-end.
• Exceptional analytical capabilities for building financial models and executive presentations.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills for senior stakeholder management.
• Must be based in London to support a hybrid work model (3 days in office).
