What you will do

• Maintain a portfolio-wide view of all live launches to ensure projects remain on track.
• Establish consistent project structures, governance, and ownership models for new launches.
• Coordinate cadence and follow-through with client-side project teams.
• Manage and optimize project tracking tools, documentation, and the shared knowledge base.
• Prepare steering committee materials and report progress, risks, and blockers to senior management.
• Develop a standardized, repeatable playbook based on lessons learned from previous projects.
• Integrate and automate AI tooling into PMO reporting and documentation processes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in project coordination, PMO, or project management.
• Fluent German and professional English proficiency are mandatory.
• Proven experience with project collaboration tools like ClickUp.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with experience reporting to senior leadership.
• Structured, proactive approach to anticipating project needs and managing parallel workstreams.
• Background in fintech, financial services, or consulting is highly preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience with onboarding or integration projects in a B2B fintech environment.
