What you will do
- Maintain a portfolio-wide view of all live launches to ensure projects remain on track.
- Establish consistent project structures, governance, and ownership models for new launches.
- Coordinate cadence and follow-through with client-side project teams.
- Manage and optimize project tracking tools, documentation, and the shared knowledge base.
- Prepare steering committee materials and report progress, risks, and blockers to senior management.
- Develop a standardized, repeatable playbook based on lessons learned from previous projects.
- Integrate and automate AI tooling into PMO reporting and documentation processes.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in project coordination, PMO, or project management.
- Fluent German and professional English proficiency are mandatory.
- Proven experience with project collaboration tools like ClickUp.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with experience reporting to senior leadership.
- Structured, proactive approach to anticipating project needs and managing parallel workstreams.
- Background in fintech, financial services, or consulting is highly preferred.
Nice to have
- Experience with onboarding or integration projects in a B2B fintech environment.
