What you will do

  • Lead and coach a high-performing Client Services team across diverse APAC markets.
  • Drive retention and account expansion strategies to increase client ad spend.
  • Partner with regional Sales teams on account planning and renewals to win new business.
  • Manage executive-level client relationships and represent the company at key industry events.
  • Optimize regional workflows and performance metrics to ensure team productivity.
  • Coordinate with Legal and Revenue Operations to ensure compliance with APAC data privacy regulations.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in client services or account management within programmatic advertising or adtech.
  • 5+ years of senior leadership experience managing managers across diverse APAC markets.
  • Deep expertise in the programmatic ecosystem, including DSPs, campaign optimization, and measurement.
  • Proven track record of owning executive-level relationships and leading commercial negotiations.
  • Strong financial skills for regional budget management and resource allocation.
  • Working knowledge of regional regulatory and data privacy rules in APAC.
