TL;DR

Account Manager (SaaS): Growing business and embedding analytics solutions into existing and new customers within the energy and natural resources landscape with an accent on strategic client relationships and commercial excellence. Focus on driving cross-sell/up-sell opportunities, managing the business pipeline, and partnering with product teams to shape development roadmaps.

Location: Hybrid (Singapore) — must be physically present in the office at least 2 days per week

What you will do

  • Develop a deep understanding of solution value, target sectors, and customer buying cycles.
  • Identify and engage key stakeholders within customer organizations to maximize growth opportunities.
  • Drive sales of products and execute cross-sell/up-sell strategies within the portfolio.
  • Proactively manage and grow a portfolio of clients aligned with regional priorities.
  • Partner with Product teams to gather competitive intelligence and shape development roadmaps.
  • Manage the business pipeline to ensure accurate sales forecasting.

Requirements

  • Substantial experience in B2B Account Management, preferably in data or SaaS-based solutions.
  • Proven track record in value-based selling and understanding complex customer workflows.
  • Experience developing relationships from C-suite level to end users in complex global organizations.
  • Strong strategic planning skills balanced with the ability to deliver on short-term targets.
  • Intellectual curiosity towards data analytics and its application in solving business issues.
  • Must be based in Singapore.

  • Experience in power, renewables, energy, or natural resources.
