What you will do

  • Manage a portfolio of Tier 1 and Tier 2 accounts with full end-to-end responsibility for delivery, health, and commercial outcomes.
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for sensitive situations and coach team members through resolution.
  • Define and implement engagement standards, including QBRs, account planning, and commercial execution frameworks.
  • Develop reusable vertical playbooks and assessment instruments to codify best practices across the function.
  • Lead renewal and expansion strategies for high-value accounts in collaboration with Account Executive leadership.
  • Represent the company at industry events, lead Customer Advisory Boards, and participate in hiring calibration.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Singapore and able to work in a hybrid office environment.
  • Expert-level understanding of enterprise compliance technology, including communications and trade surveillance.
  • Proven experience in executive engagement at the C-suite and Head-of level within global financial institutions.
  • Strong background in defining account management standards, metrics, and quality benchmarks.
  • Ability to intervene in at-risk accounts to stabilize and coach team members without displacing ownership.
  • Excellent communication skills for external representation and community leadership.
