What you will do
- Act as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for assigned SMB accounts.
- Drive platform adoption and ensure clients achieve their business goals using the platform.
- Identify and mitigate churn risks through proactive engagement and strategic support.
- Manage account renewals and uncover upsell opportunities throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Develop deep subject matter expertise across all products and offerings.
- Create high-quality client-facing materials to demonstrate business value and ROI.
Requirements
- Fluent in English and Chinese (written and spoken).
- Must be based in Singapore to support the hybrid work model.
- 3+ years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably within a SaaS company.
- Solid understanding of the digital marketing space and current trends.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to diagnose problems and identify effective solutions.
- Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to establish trust quickly.
Nice to have
- Fluency in Cantonese.
