TL;DR

Sales Manager (Cybersecurity): Leading a team of Account Managers to drive revenue growth within the existing customer segment with an accent on upsell performance, pipeline strategy, and team development. Focus on coaching reps through complex multi-stakeholder deals, accurate forecasting, and platform adoption across the installed base.

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to the Lexington, MA office (minimum 2 days/week, increasing to 3 days/week during quarter-end).

Salary: $200,000–$300,000 OTE.

What you will do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Managers to exceed upsell quota targets.
  • Own the upsell forecast and provide accurate weekly/monthly reporting to sales leadership.
  • Partner with reps on deal strategy, pipeline hygiene, and MEDDIC-based qualification.
  • Drive adoption of the full hirify.global platform across the existing customer base.
  • Manage rep performance, including onboarding, ramp planning, and career development.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with RevOps, Marketing, and Customer Success to remove execution obstacles.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B sales or account management experience, with at least 2+ years in a front-line leadership role.
  • Proven track record of exceeding team quotas in SaaS or cybersecurity.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
  • Proficiency in data-driven sales methodologies like MEDDIC.
  • Must be able to work from the Lexington, MA office as required.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
