What you will do
- Manage ongoing engagement for SMB customers approaching renewal to ensure successful renewal and reduce churn.
- Coordinate billing methods and manage subscriptions to ensure seamless auto-renewals.
- Maintain accurate customer records and data cleanliness within Salesforce.
- Collaborate with Sales and other CSMs to identify and act on upsell opportunities.
- Partner with Finance to ensure invoices and subscriptions are accurate and timely.
- Handle the customer offboarding process for SMB clients.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States.
- Extensive experience in customer-facing roles.
- Proficiency with Salesforce for record management.
- Strong communication, presentation, and customer relationship skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
