What you will do

• Lead and manage North American facilities service teams, both internal and external.
• Oversee contract management, monitor performance KPIs, and manage vendor relationships.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legislation, including ISO standards.
• Manage planned preventative maintenance schedules and building repairs.
• Partner with the Director of Physical Security to develop and implement emergency response efforts.
• Evaluate and allocate workspace to maximize capacity and utilization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience in facilities management, operational, or managerial roles.
• Experience implementing health, safety, and quality management policies to ISO standards.
• Strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must be able to work on-site in Jacksonville, Florida.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
