TL;DR

Location: Must be based in Alameda, CA (On-site)

Salary: $22.00 – $34.00 per hour

What you will do

  • Coordinate daily office functions including supply oversight, inventory distribution, and complex filing.
  • Assist with event planning, meeting support, and on-site logistics for staff and visitors.
  • Manage purchase orders for office furniture, conference room items, and production-related requests.
  • Support various facilities teams including security, EH&S, and equipment maintenance.
  • Maintain physical and electronic facilities files such as contracts and certificates of insurance.
  • Ensure adherence to the company’s Quality Management System (QMS) and relevant compliance regulations.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED with 1+ years of administrative experience.
  • Must be able to work on-site in Alameda, CA.
  • High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and Adobe products.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize assignments in a fast-paced, multi-task environment.
  • Proficiency in mathematics and detail-oriented organizational skills.
