Renewals Sales Representative (Sales): Managing territory renewal and expansion goals for the Velocity segment with an accent on customer retention, contract reactivation, and quota achievement. Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Alpharetta, GA (Hybrid role)
Compensation: $76,200 – $114,300 USD (OTE)

What you will do
- Manage territory renewal and expansion goals to consistently overachieve quotas.
- Proactively monitor expiring agreements and execute timely actions to ensure contract continuity.
- Handle customer and partner inquiries regarding quotes, pricing, up-selling, and maintenance reinstatement.
- Conduct cold calls to lapsed customers to reactivate support agreements.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales and partner teams to drive retention and prepare proposals.
- Maintain impeccable Salesforce hygiene by accurately recording all customer and partner activities.
Requirements
- 2+ years of sales experience in any industry or vertical.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with superb customer service abilities.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work in a semi-autonomous, high-energy role involving high-volume email and outbound calling.
- Experience in compiling, querying, and reporting data.
Nice to have
- Prior experience in renewals or customer success roles.
- Proficiency with Salesforce.com.
- Basic knowledge of the virtualization industry.
