Salary: $40,000.00 - $67,550.00 USD (Eligible for Commission)

What you will do
- Own and manage a portfolio of existing customer accounts to ensure retention and revenue growth.
- Manage the full renewal lifecycle, engaging customers 90–120 days prior to contract expiration.
- Execute consultative sales processes to align CCH TAA Tax Research and Audit products with customer needs.
- Drive incremental revenue through upselling, cross-selling, and increasing product adoption.
- Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and activity tracking using CRM tools like Salesforce.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate customer gaps into functional specifications.
Requirements
- BS/BA degree in a business-related field or equivalent professional sales experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, account management, or customer success.
- Proven experience in consultative selling and delivering client presentations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and CRM tools.
- Excellent English language skills (verbal and written).
- Must be based in or able to work from Coppell, TX.
Nice to have
- 1 year of experience specifically in sales retention or account management.
- Experience selling cloud-based or on-premise software solutions.
- Formal sales training (e.g., Miller Heiman, Challenger Sales).
- Knowledge of Tax Research and Auditing workflows.
