Salary: $40,000.00 - $67,550.00 USD (Eligible for Commission)

What you will do

  • Own and manage a portfolio of existing customer accounts to ensure retention and revenue growth.
  • Manage the full renewal lifecycle, engaging customers 90–120 days prior to contract expiration.
  • Execute consultative sales processes to align CCH TAA Tax Research and Audit products with customer needs.
  • Drive incremental revenue through upselling, cross-selling, and increasing product adoption.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and activity tracking using CRM tools like Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with product managers to translate customer gaps into functional specifications.

Requirements

  • BS/BA degree in a business-related field or equivalent professional sales experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, account management, or customer success.
  • Proven experience in consultative selling and delivering client presentations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and CRM tools.
  • Excellent English language skills (verbal and written).
  • Must be based in or able to work from Coppell, TX.

Nice to have

  • 1 year of experience specifically in sales retention or account management.
  • Experience selling cloud-based or on-premise software solutions.
  • Formal sales training (e.g., Miller Heiman, Challenger Sales).
  • Knowledge of Tax Research and Auditing workflows.
