What you will do

  • Identify and qualify strategic accounts using tools like Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Execute a multi-channel prospecting strategy, including high-volume cold calling and personalized outreach sequences.
  • Coordinate meetings for account executives and maintain accurate activity logs.
  • Define and refine outbound best practices and playbooks for the LATAM market.
  • Handle objections gracefully and maintain a high standard of technical and interpersonal communication.
  • Leverage AI tools responsibly to improve prospecting efficiency and impact.

Requirements

  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
  • Must be able to commute to the office 3 days per week.
  • Business fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
  • Prior experience in B2B SaaS, preferably in a pipeline-generating sales role.
  • Strong work ethic with the ability to meet daily activity minimums of 120 actions.
  • Strategic mindset and ability to thrive in an ambiguous, fast-paced startup environment.

Nice to have

  • Business fluency in Portuguese.
