What you will do
- Identify and qualify strategic accounts using tools like Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Execute a multi-channel prospecting strategy, including high-volume cold calling and personalized outreach sequences.
- Coordinate meetings for account executives and maintain accurate activity logs.
- Define and refine outbound best practices and playbooks for the LATAM market.
- Handle objections gracefully and maintain a high standard of technical and interpersonal communication.
- Leverage AI tools responsibly to improve prospecting efficiency and impact.
Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
- Must be able to commute to the office 3 days per week.
- Business fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
- Prior experience in B2B SaaS, preferably in a pipeline-generating sales role.
- Strong work ethic with the ability to meet daily activity minimums of 120 actions.
- Strategic mindset and ability to thrive in an ambiguous, fast-paced startup environment.
