Salary: $116,000 — $159,500 USD (OTE)

What you will do

  • Manage all aspects of the subscription renewal process for assigned portfolios to protect recurring revenue and secure long-term agreements.
  • Lead pricing strategies and commercial negotiations for a quarterly portfolio totaling $4M–$5M+ in ARR.
  • Partner with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers to build unified renewal strategies and proactively mitigate churn.
  • Collaborate with channel partners and systems integrators to negotiate mutually beneficial pricing and terms.
  • Deliver accurate proposals and quotes in coordination with Finance, Legal, and Compliance.
  • Maintain precise records of renewal activities and build accurate forecasts in Salesforce.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in SaaS renewals, account management, sales, or equivalent revenue-carrying roles.
  • Proven experience negotiating complex SaaS subscription agreements in the $80K–$225K+ range.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or a similar enterprise CRM for pipeline management and forecasting.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical business experience.
  • Must be based in Chicago, Illinois.
