TL;DR
Director, Partner Marketing (AI): Building and scaling a high-impact partner marketing motion across cloud, technology, and ecosystem partners with an accent on driving measurable pipeline and revenue growth. Focus on developing integrated go-to-market programs, orchestrating cross-functional alignment, and establishing scalable frameworks for partner enablement and performance analysis.
Location: Hybrid (4 days a week in Mountain View, CA)
Compensation: $300,000 - $375,000 OTE

What you will do
- Lead and scale the partner marketing strategy to drive pipeline, revenue, and strategic growth.
- Develop and execute joint go-to-market programs, including campaigns, events, and co-sell initiatives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Partnerships, Sales, Demand Gen, and Product Marketing to align GTM priorities.
- Build scalable partner marketing frameworks, campaign templates, and enablement materials.
- Establish reporting, measurement, and ROI tracking for partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline.
- Serve as the primary marketing counterpart to the Partnerships team to prioritize investments.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in partner, field, or channel marketing within B2B SaaS or enterprise technology.
- Proven track record of building partner marketing programs that drive measurable pipeline and revenue.
- Deep understanding of partner ecosystems including cloud providers, ISVs, VARs, and consulting partners.
- Experience developing joint business plans, MDF programs, and partner enablement materials.
- Strong cross-functional leadership skills to align stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and Operations.
- Analytical mindset with experience managing budgets and using ROI data to inform investment decisions.
