Compensation: $175,000 – $225,000 per year.

What you will do

• Build and manage a marketing production pipeline that leverages AI to generate channel-native creative variants at scale.
• Direct the creative standard across paid, lifecycle, organic social, and brand channels.
• Use performance data to iterate rapidly and tie creative output directly to revenue and pipeline goals.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with design, performance marketing, and product leadership.
• Build and lead a high-performing creative team while managing external freelancers and agencies.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States and available for Eastern Standard Time hours.
• Expertise in modern AI creative and copy tools with a focus on building repeatable workflows.
• Strong background in either art direction or copywriting with genuine working fluency in the other.
• Proven experience in performance marketing and the ability to translate data into creative strategy.
• Demonstrated success in hiring, coaching, and leading creative talent.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present creative rationale to stakeholders.
