Salary: $180,000 – $210,000

What you will do
- Develop and execute a sophisticated, multi-channel demand generation strategy to drive scalable revenue growth.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Architect quarterly and annual pipeline models to ensure achievement of aggressive growth milestones.
- Set the strategic direction for enterprise ABM frameworks to increase pipeline velocity and account expansion.
- Oversee the marketing technology stack and data infrastructure to ensure precise attribution and reporting.
- Lead Marketing Business Reviews to align executive stakeholders and advocate for resource allocation.
Requirements
- Must be located in the Eastern or Central time zone.
- Extensive experience in a senior leadership capacity driving transformative business growth.
- Proven ability to build and scale world-class, high-impact marketing teams.
- Strategic mastery of the B2B demand funnel and large-scale global budget management.
- Superior executive presence with the ability to influence at the C-suite level.
- Deep understanding of the modern marketing technology landscape and cross-functional GTM alignment.
