Salary: $120,000 - $142,000 USD (OTE)

What you will do
- Develop and execute partner marketing plans aligned with revenue targets and priority accounts.
- Create and scale programmatic co-marketing motions including campaigns, content, and events.
- Lead end-to-end partner marketing initiatives such as webinars, digital campaigns, and regional events.
- Collaborate with Partner Managers to identify high-impact opportunities and influence active deals.
- Support partner recruitment through targeted marketing strategies and joint go-to-market initiatives.
- Track, measure, and report on campaign performance, pipeline contribution, and ROI.
Requirements
- Must be based in the East or Central United States (NY, NJ, TX, IL).
- 3-5+ years of B2B marketing experience with a focus on partner or channel marketing.
- Proven track record of driving pipeline and revenue through partner ecosystems like GSIs, Technology, or BPOs.
- Strong experience executing end-to-end campaigns and events with measurable business outcomes.
- Ability to operate with high ownership and accountability in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
