Location: Must be based in the East or Central United States (e.g., NY, NJ, TX, IL), with work expected at the New York office.

Salary: $120,000 - $142,000 USD (OTE)

What you will do

  • Develop and execute partner marketing plans aligned with revenue targets and priority accounts.
  • Create and scale programmatic co-marketing motions including campaigns, content, and events.
  • Lead end-to-end partner marketing initiatives such as webinars, digital campaigns, and regional events.
  • Collaborate with Partner Managers to identify high-impact opportunities and influence active deals.
  • Support partner recruitment through targeted marketing strategies and joint go-to-market initiatives.
  • Track, measure, and report on campaign performance, pipeline contribution, and ROI.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the East or Central United States (NY, NJ, TX, IL).
  • 3-5+ years of B2B marketing experience with a focus on partner or channel marketing.
  • Proven track record of driving pipeline and revenue through partner ecosystems like GSIs, Technology, or BPOs.
  • Strong experience executing end-to-end campaigns and events with measurable business outcomes.
  • Ability to operate with high ownership and accountability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
