What you will do

• Build and scale the product management organization by establishing team structures, operating rhythms, and standards.
• Translate strategic objectives into prioritized product plans and maintain the roadmap across multiple technology domains.
• Establish product development standards, including requirements documentation, specifications, and release processes.
• Engage directly with customers and mission stakeholders to ensure solutions address real-world operational challenges.
• Drive collaboration between engineering, operations, and go-to-market teams to align product priorities.
• Guide complex product decisions involving hardware, software, AI, and autonomous system integrations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (10+ years experience) or Master's degree (8+ years experience).
• Proven experience leading product management, systems engineering, or technical product teams.
• Demonstrated success developing strategies for complex technical solutions in defense, aerospace, or autonomy.
• Experience managing integrated systems combining hardware, software, sensors, and payloads.
• Ability to apply AI/ML concepts and modern product development practices.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with autonomous systems, command and control platforms, or ISR technologies.
• Knowledge of communication systems across air, land, and maritime domains.
• Experience building product organizations within a startup or high-growth environment.
• Familiarity with defense acquisition processes.
