Product Management Lead, Core Experience (AI)

Location: Hybrid in Mountain View, California, with attendance at the MTV office 3–4 days per week

Salary: $210,000–$240,000 annually, with potential variable compensation, equity, and benefits depending on the role

What you will do

• Define product strategy and develop key parts of the product roadmap for knowledge discovery, curation, sharing, and management.
• Spend time with customers to understand their knowledge needs and translate them into product direction.
• Manage and grow a team of product managers by providing context, setting direction, and building alignment.
• Drive customer-focused prioritization, decision-making, and efficient product execution.
• Coordinate with Design, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Success, leadership, and go-to-market stakeholders.
• Build scalable product processes to support rapid team and company growth.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience at SaaS companies serving large enterprises.
• Experience spanning customer-facing product features and internal capabilities or services.
• Strong technical background and analytical thinking.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ownership, initiative, delivery, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Interest in building with or adopting AI and helping customers accelerate AI adoption.

Nice to have

• Experience with collaboration, productivity, or machine-learning and ranking tools.
• Experience as an early adopter of AI tools, platforms, or workflows.
