What you will do

• Shape self-paced pathways and structured, cohort-based learning experiences, including hirify.global Academies for certifications and onboarding.
• Own how skills data powers personalized recommendations, including AI that identifies skill gaps and generates content to close them.
• Design end-to-end learner journeys from discovering skill gaps to engaging with content and demonstrating proficiency gains.
• Own the skills data model: define and organize skills, keep them accurate as the system grows, and maintain compatibility with external frameworks and enterprise HR systems.
• Run enterprise client workflows to adapt hirify.global skill lists using AI suggestions plus human review.
• Build the process that improves underlying skill data from AI interactions over time and measure improvement with real metrics.

Requirements

• Expert-level experience (8+ years) with direct ownership of shipped learning products.
• Proven product leadership shipping learning platforms at scale with measurable learner outcomes.
• Ability to design proficiency scales and assessment/rating criteria with clear observable distinctions between levels.
• Deep experience building and maintaining taxonomy/classification systems (e.g., O*NET, ESCO) and understanding how AI skill matching depends on taxonomy quality.
• Strong data product mindset: structured data ownership, versioning, quality standards, and well-defined interfaces for downstream consumers.
• ML fluency to collaborate effectively with engineers on data quality, coverage, and bias evaluation for AI-assisted workflows.

Location: US Based (Remote)

Salary: $185,000–$197,000 total pay range
