What you will do

• Define KPIs and steer a senior engineering and design team toward strategic goals using data and logic.
• Own the end-to-end roadmap for AI Chat and Automations, from discovery through launch.
• Shape task-based credit pricing and packaging while partnering with sales on technical buyer cycles.
• Conduct deep customer discovery with SREs and platform teams to challenge assumptions and refine workflows.
• Serve as a credible external voice by engaging with OTel, SRE, and AI engineering communities.

Requirements

• Proven track record of shipping AI/LLM products to production, including experience with evals and non-determinism.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to align executives, engineers, and customers.
• Demonstrable product taste and strong opinions on UX and trust for agentic products.
• Experience working in early-stage or high-growth companies.
• Must be based in the EMEA region.

Nice to have

• Deep expertise in observability (e.g., experience with Datadog, Grafana, Honeycomb, or New Relic).
• Hands-on experience with the agent stack: MCP, eval frameworks, agent orchestration, and context engineering.
• Familiarity with usage-based pricing (credits/tokens) and PLG motions.
• Knowledge of enterprise trust and compliance for autonomous systems.
