What you will do

• Embed with customers to map workflows and identify operational bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with engineers and product designers to integrate data sources and hardware into deployable solutions.
• Brief program offices and senior leadership on project status and strategic insights.
• Conduct training sessions and gather user feedback to refine product requirements.
• Own the customer relationship and problem definition throughout the product lifecycle.

Requirements

• Must have experience in defense, intelligence, or maritime law enforcement.
• Ability to communicate effectively across technical and leadership levels.
• Technical fluency to collaborate credibly with engineering teams.
• Strong judgment and ability to develop credible points of view in unfamiliar environments.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of naval order of battle (OOB) maritime intelligence.
