Salary: $81,000 - $138,000 Annually

What you will do

• Conduct market-based training for new product implementations and non-product initiatives across franchise and company markets.
• Provide coaching, assessments, and feedback to restaurant leaders and multi-unit managers during field visits.
• Teach designated Wendy’s University classes in assigned markets.
• Manage the restaurant certification process to ensure a disciplined and consistent quality standard.
• Support New Restaurant openings, GM Rallies, and new franchisee onboarding.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in operations with supervisory and/or training experience.
• High School Diploma/GED required (Bachelor’s Degree preferred).
• Exceptional presentation and facilitation skills for a wide range of audiences.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and related presentation tools.
• Ability to travel up to 75% to field locations.
• Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills.
