What you will do

• Identify and lead data science opportunities to improve growth, retention, and revenue.
• Build machine learning models for personalization, recommendations, and user behavior prediction.
• Develop solutions for churn prevention, lifetime value optimization, and fraud detection.
• Design and analyze experiments using A/B testing and causal inference.
• Take models from initial exploration to production in collaboration with engineering teams.
• Define success metrics and communicate findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Data Science or Machine Learning.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Experience with BigQuery, GCP, dbt, and product analytics tools.
• Proven track record of developing and deploying machine learning models in production.
• Must be based in or ready to relocate to Barcelona.

Nice to have

• Experience with consumer mobile apps, gaming, or loyalty products.
• Familiarity with recommender systems, uplift modeling, or large-scale experimentation.
• Knowledge of mobile attribution frameworks like SKAdNetwork.
