ML Engineer (Gamedev)

What you will do

• Deploy machine learning models to enhance game features, player experience, and operational efficiency.
• Refine SQL and Python scripts for data transformation, feature engineering, and modelling pipelines to ensure production readiness.
• Explore and contribute to early-stage projects involving LLMs, RAG systems, and agentic AI for automation and decision support.
• Develop interactive Streamlit-based tools to present ML/AI capabilities to non-technical users.
• Build and implement model monitoring systems to ensure long-term performance and business alignment.
• Collaborate across product, data, and engineering teams to identify and implement high-value AI opportunities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience applying machine learning to real-world problems, from data to deployment.
• Strong proficiency in Python and ML libraries, complemented by solid SQL expertise for large data warehouses.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure), Docker, and Airflow.
• Proven experience building applications with Generative AI (LLMs), including API integration.
• Valid work authorization for Spain (no visa sponsorship available).
• Degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent professional experience.

Nice to have

• Experience or prototypes involving RAG systems.
• Familiarity with agentic AI concepts or frameworks such as LangChain agents or CrewAI.
