Senior Product Data Scientist

Location: Remote; Americas and EMEA

Salary: $220K plus equity

What you will do

• Explore product and customer data to identify problems, opportunities, and new product bets.
• Translate ambiguous product and business questions into analyses, models, and recommendations.
• Partner with Product Managers, Product, Analytics, and Engineering to shape roadmaps and define success measures.
• Design, build, deploy, and iterate production-grade predictive and descriptive models powering features such as LTV prediction, experimentation, benchmarking, and forecasting.
• Communicate insights to technical and non-technical audiences and influence data-driven product decisions.
• Own data-powered features end to end, contribute to data pipelines, participate in on-call rotation, and lead new data-driven product initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working as a Data Scientist.
• Strong SQL skills and comfort with data modeling.
• Experience building and deploying predictive and descriptive models in production.
• Experience writing or collaborating on production-ready Python code.
• Solid understanding of statistics and experimentation, ideally including Bayesian approaches.
• Ability to clearly explain complex ideas and results to broad audiences.
• Proactive, opinionated approach with the ability to work through ambiguity, imperfect information, and messy real-world data.
• Interest in customer value, product outcomes, collaboration with Product teams, and the consumer subscription ecosystem.
