What you will do

• Apply expertise in quantitative analysis and data mining to understand user interactions and inform product strategy.
• Guide product teams in measuring key metrics and running A/B experiments for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with the finance team to define and analyze user lifetime value and feature profitability.
• Work with engineers to ensure correct data collection for relevant business insights.

Requirements

• Must be based in Barcelona, Spain, and able to work from the office 3 days a week.
• Solid proficiency in SQL and preferably Python.
• Experience conducting large-scale A/B experiments.
• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to translate data into business perspectives.
• Proactive self-starter capable of identifying opportunities and tackling them independently.
