What you will do

• Own the services lifecycle for high-stakes, complex customer engagements.
• Lead deep technical discovery pre-signature to ensure SOWs are grounded in core product capabilities.
• Implement formal scope governance and auditable change management processes for all modifications.
• Manage commercial data integrity, including bookings forecasts and financial milestones in SFDC.
• Translate complex business challenges into milestone-driven roadmaps.
• Collaborate with senior internal and external personnel to drive alignment on a unified strategic front.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United Kingdom.
• 5-8 years of field sales or services delivery experience in Data Warehousing, BI, or Cloud.
• Expert-level capability in Technical Discovery and Scoping.
• Bachelor’s degree (minimum 5 years experience) or Master’s degree (minimum 4 years experience).
• Proven ability to exercise judgment in selecting methods for solving problems in complex environments.
