What you will do

• Lead or co-lead contract manufacturing (CM) bring-up projects.
• Develop and implement performance metrics to ensure CM accountability.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to align CM activities with build plans.
• Resolve material issues by identifying root causes and managing corrective actions.
• Negotiate costs with component suppliers, distributors, and CMs via RFQ processes.
• Oversee excess and obsolete (E&O) inventory to mitigate financial liability.

Requirements

• Must have legal work rights in Taiwan, Malaysia, or Vietnam.
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, economics, finance, or related field.
• 10 years of progressive supply chain operations experience, ideally with 5 years in OEM environments.
• Strong data management skills with advanced Excel proficiency.
• Ability to collaborate across global time zones (Asia, North America, Europe).
• Experience in program management, negotiation, and influencing cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with Liquid Cooling material management in high-tech environments.
