What you will do

• Manage and consolidate demand forecasts in alignment with global standards.
• Facilitate the S&OP monthly calendar and lead consensus forecasting meetings.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and distributors to gather market insights.
• Analyze demand patterns and trends to provide actionable insights for forecast accuracy.
• Utilize Kinaxis Rapid Response software to maintain data integrity and support planning.
• Coordinate with logistics teams to optimize shipment planning and process efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in demand planning, preferably within the FMCG sector.
• Proven experience in driving the S&OP process.
• Proficiency in demand planning software such as Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, SAP IBP, or SAP APO.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Fluency in English.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Power BI.
• Experience with SAP/4HANA.
