What you will do

• Manage IC commodity portfolios and supplier relationships to ensure supply continuity and technology access.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies and maintain a Preferred Supplier List (PSL).
• Lead commercial negotiations regarding pricing, T&Cs, and long-term agreements (LTAs).
• Monitor supplier performance via scorecards and drive continuous improvement in delivery and quality.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product Management to align roadmaps and component selection.
• Implement cost reduction initiatives for prototype and series production components.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Electrical Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in operations with contract manufacturing, EMS, ODM, or OEM.
• Proven track record with key suppliers in the Analog Power, Signal Chain, and Timing Devices markets.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage AI tools to improve efficiency and output quality.
