What you will do
- Build and nurture strong relationships with existing key accounts to drive long-term growth.
- Proactively identify, engage, and convert new business opportunities to expand the client base.
- Collaborate across Sales, Client Services, and Delivery teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Engage confidently with senior leaders and decision-makers to solve business challenges.
- Manage the end-to-end customer journey, including pre and post-workshop coordination.
- Maintain accurate account activity and pipeline data within CRM systems.
Requirements
- Fluency in Danish and English required.
- Proven experience in account management, customer success, sales, or consulting.
- Track record of identifying and converting new business opportunities.
- Ability to engage effectively with senior executives and stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
- Experience with CRM systems and digital sales tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
