TL;DR
Sales Development Representative (SaaS): Driving growth in the DACH market by converting inbound leads and prospecting for enterprise opportunities with an accent on discovery calls and pipeline management. Focus on building strong customer relationships, mastering the sales cycle, and collaborating with Account Executives to close deals.
Location: Must be based in or have the right to work in Denmark (EU/EEA/Swiss citizens). Hybrid role with up to two days of remote work per week.

What you will do
- Manage inbound leads for small and mid-size businesses.
- Conduct research and outreach to book qualified meetings for Account Executives.
- Perform initial discovery calls to uncover customer needs.
- Maintain and update the HubSpot CRM system.
- Support Account Executives during larger deal negotiations.
- Develop skills to eventually close midsize deals independently.
Requirements
- Native level German proficiency required.
- Excellent English proficiency required.
- Must have a valid work permit for Denmark or be an EU/EEA/Swiss citizen.
- Must have a clean criminal record.
- Strong sales drive and proactive mindset.
- Structured approach to managing a sales pipeline.
