TL;DR

Swedish Sales Development Representative (SaaS): Driving market expansion and lead generation for a leading cloud-based contact center platform with an accent on outbound prospecting and cold outreach. Focus on building a robust sales pipeline, qualifying leads using MEDDPICC methodology, and collaborating with Account Executives to convert prospects into viable customers.

Location: Must be based in or able to work from London, Copenhagen, Aarhus, Stockholm, or Oslo with a hybrid expectation of 2-3 days per week in the office. No visa sponsorship provided; must have existing work authorization in the country of application.

Salary: £55k / 650k DKK / 700k SEK/NOK (On Target Earnings) + uncapped commission.

What you will do

  • Engage potential business customers via LinkedIn, phone, and email to generate interest and book demos.
  • Utilize MEDDPICC and Challenger Sales methodologies to qualify prospects and ensure pipeline quality.
  • Partner with Account Executives to create joint account plans and execute Go-To-Market strategies.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to nurture leads through events and outbound content.
  • Learn to sell AI-driven technology and manage sales cadences effectively.

Requirements

  • Native or business fluency in Swedish and proficiency in English.
  • Must have existing work authorization in the UK, Sweden, Denmark, or Norway.
  • Proven commercial experience in a B2B setting, specifically in cold-calling and prospecting.
  • Resilient, target-driven, and money-motivated mindset.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment (2-3 days/week in office).

Nice to have

  • Experience in CCaaS, CX, or SaaS industries.
  • Familiarity with AI sales tools or co-piloting AI agents.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Gong, or Clay Hunter.
