What you will do

• Lead the strategic expansion of e-commerce tracking within a high-traffic multi-tenant SaaS platform.
• Build a new analytical function from scratch, establishing measurement infrastructure and foundations.
• Define scalable KPIs and performance metrics to drive product development for enterprise retail customers.
• Translate platform performance analytics into actionable product features and long-term growth strategies.
• Evaluate platform performance against industry standards to ensure enterprise products remain state-of-the-art.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, QA, and Design to shape data-oriented features.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional experience in an e-commerce environment.
• Strong MVP-focused approach centered on analytics, complex KPIs, and performance measurement.
• Extensive experience with web analytics platforms like Google Analytics, Plausible, or Umami.
• Proficiency with BI tools and spreadsheets such as Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, or PowerBI.
• Experience integrating AI tools like Claude or Cursor into daily development workflows.
• Ability to communicate fluently between commercial stakeholders and English-speaking engineering teams.
