TL;DR

Senior Product Manager (E-commerce Growth): Owning activation, monetization, and retention for the SMB e-commerce segment across mobile and web apps with an accent on growth-led features and subscription funnels. Focus on running high-velocity A/B testing, optimizing paywalls and onboarding flows, and leveraging data-driven insights to drive recurring revenue.

Location: Remote across Europe with mandatory monthly Paris office visits (fully reimbursed)

Compensation: £85K – £110K / €80K – €95K + Equity

What you will do

  • Own the growth funnel end-to-end, focusing on activation, paywall optimization, pricing, and retention for SMBs.
  • Run a high-velocity experimentation program, shipping weekly A/B tests across web and mobile platforms.
  • Identify user drop-off points and implement product changes to fix conversion gaps.
  • Collaborate with the User Acquisition team to optimize the handoff from paid marketing to product activation.
  • Independently query and interpret data to form hypotheses and measure the impact of shipped features.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience as a Product Manager with proven wins in activation, monetization, or retention.
  • Direct experience with recurring revenue models (B2B SaaS, B2C subscription, or B2B2C).
  • Strong understanding of how SMB e-commerce sellers adopt utility SaaS (e.g., Shopify, Canva, Stripe).
  • Data-fluency with SQL and analytics tools such as Amplitude or Mixpanel.
  • Ability to leverage AI tools (e.g., Claude) to automate tasks and accelerate product shipping.
  • Must be based in Europe to support monthly visits to the Paris office.

Nice to have

  • Experience managing both web and mobile growth funnels.
  • Familiarity with the Shopify ecosystem, including app store and merchant personas.
  • Prior entrepreneurial experience starting or running a business.
