What you will do

• Take full ownership of a product domain from discovery through to delivery and measurable outcomes.
• Maintain and prioritize the product backlog based on strategy, customer value, and risk.
• Conduct continuous discovery by engaging with customers to validate problems and solutions.
• Translate complex business, regulatory, and technical requirements into clear, actionable deliverables.
• Define success metrics and use product analytics to inform decisions and iterate on features.
• Collaborate with engineering leads to balance innovation with platform stability.

Requirements

• Must be based in Germany.
• Several years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in a SaaS environment.
• Proven ability to manage complex backlogs and translate between business and technical needs.
• Hands-on experience with modern product development practices like continuous discovery and evidence-based prioritization.
• Active use of AI tools to improve products and processes.
• Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus.
