What you will do

• Define the product vision and roadmap for Agentic IDEs and CLIs to transition teams to AI-guided feature generation.
• Conduct deep-dive user research across global entities to identify friction points in developer experience.
• Define and track success metrics including PR velocity, Time-to-Market, and Human-to-AI code ratios.
• Partner with engineering to prioritize internal data source integrations for the agentic ecosystem.
• Lead go-to-market and internal adoption strategies, including upskilling programs and feedback loops.
• Align with tech leadership to ensure the agentic stack meets security, reliability, and scalability standards.

Requirements

• Experience in Product Management, ideally within Developer Tools, Internal Platforms, or B2B SaaS.
• Strong conceptual understanding of modern dev workflows including Git, CI/CD pipelines, and IDE environments.
• Foundational understanding of Large Language Models and agentic workflows.
• Ability to use data-informed decision-making to prioritize backlogs and drive adoption.
• Natural storytelling ability to evangelize technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
• Must be based in or able to relocate to Berlin, Germany for a hybrid role.
