Salary: £85K – £110K (UK) / €80K – €105K (Europe) + Equity

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end roadmap for the self-serve product segment for SMB customers.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and AI researchers to transform AI capabilities into user-facing features.
• Conduct weekly user interviews with e-commerce sellers to inform product decisions.
• Analyze data independently to form hypotheses and measure the impact of shipped features.
• Define and solve complex user problems to improve growth, retention, and pricing.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager with a track record of successful launches.
• Proven experience building B2B SaaS products specifically for self-serve customers.
• Must be based in Europe to allow for monthly visits to Paris.
• Proficiency in using AI tools (e.g., Claude) for prototyping and workflow automation.
• Strong data fluency and the ability to independently pull and interpret metrics.
• Ability to operate with high autonomy in an async-first, remote environment.

• Experience with creative tools or visual quality-focused products.
