What you will do
- Define and own the product vision and roadmap for reporting experiences, including dashboards, report builders, and AI-assisted insights.
- Translate complex payroll, finance, and HR workflows into clear, prioritized product requirements.
- Build trusted reporting foundations encompassing standardized reports, data definitions, lineage, and reconciliation capabilities.
- Collaborate with engineering, data, design, and legal teams to deliver scalable and reliable product solutions.
- Identify and implement AI, automation, and anomaly detection to enhance decision-making and transparency.
- Measure product impact using customer feedback, analytics, and business metrics.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Manager focusing on reporting, analytics, data platforms, or insights-driven solutions.
- Strong technical foundation in cloud architectures, APIs, data models, and schemas.
- Proficiency with AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor or Claude Code.
- Strong data literacy, including SQL validation, metrics definitions, and troubleshooting data quality.
- Business-level English proficiency.
- Must be based in the Netherlands.
Nice to have
- Experience in HR technology, payroll, finance, compliance, or B2B SaaS products.
- Experience incorporating AI capabilities into customer-facing products.
