What you will do
- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to align sourcing with unique job requirements.
- Post and manage job adverts on specialized job boards and process applications in a timely manner.
- Use sourcing methods (online platforms, social media, networking) and targeted campaigns (mobile/email, cold calling) to build talent communities.
- Conduct personalized candidate outreach, engage at networking events, and maintain candidate rapport.
- Perform market research (industry trends, salary benchmarks, talent availability) and share insights with hiring groups.
- Pre-screen candidates, present qualified profiles, and maintain up-to-date records in ATS while ensuring data protection compliance.
Requirements
- German speaking ability required.
- 3 years of experience in sourcing or recruiting.
- Strong sourcing expertise in a specific industry/market and deep understanding of niche role requirements.
- Proficiency with specialized sourcing techniques such as X-Ray and Advanced Boolean, plus data mining/aggregators.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong research and market analysis skills, with accurate handling of candidate data in line with confidentiality and data protection regulations.
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field.
- ACE certification and completion of Sourcing Foundation training ( TalentCloud).
