What you will do
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for a variety of roles across Sales, Product, Engineering, and Operations.
- Build robust talent pipelines using proactive sourcing, market mapping, and Boolean search.
- Conduct structured screening and competency-based interviews.
- Partner with hiring managers to calibrate job descriptions and advise on the hiring process.
- Drive continuous improvements in hiring workflows and operational excellence.
- Support employer branding initiatives and maintain long-term talent pools for niche roles.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally within SaaS or fast-paced tech scale-ups.
- Proven track record in full-cycle recruitment across various functions and seniority levels.
- Deep expertise in sourcing techniques and proactive talent engagement.
- Experience partnering with and influencing stakeholders and hiring managers.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret metrics and optimize processes.
- Location: Must be based in Athens
Nice to have
- Experience hiring across multiple regions including EMEA, Americas, and APAC.
- Experience scaling recruitment during hyper-growth phases.
- Background in employer branding, content creation, and social campaigns.
- Experience hiring in niche markets such as commodities, energy, or data analytics.
