What you will do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for a variety of roles across Sales, Product, Engineering, and Operations.
• Build robust talent pipelines using proactive sourcing, market mapping, and Boolean search.
• Conduct structured screening and competency-based interviews.
• Partner with hiring managers to calibrate job descriptions and advise on the hiring process.
• Drive continuous improvements in hiring workflows and operational excellence.
• Support employer branding initiatives and maintain long-term talent pools for niche roles.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally within SaaS or fast-paced tech scale-ups.
• Proven track record in full-cycle recruitment across various functions and seniority levels.
• Deep expertise in sourcing techniques and proactive talent engagement.
• Experience partnering with and influencing stakeholders and hiring managers.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret metrics and optimize processes.
• Location: Must be based in Athens

• Experience hiring across multiple regions including EMEA, Americas, and APAC.
• Experience scaling recruitment during hyper-growth phases.
