What you will do

  • Source, select, and headhunt candidates for various technical and non-technical positions.
  • Conduct interviews and handle negotiations with potential candidates.
  • Partner with hiring managers and executives to align recruitment with business goals.
  • Research the IT job market and identify in-demand skills and shortages.
  • Collaborate with the IT recruitment team to support overall sourcing efforts.
  • Stay updated on the latest recruiting tools and market trends.

Requirements

  • English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) spoken and written proficiency required.
  • 0.5+ years of experience in the IT field with basic knowledge of technologies and programming languages.
  • Experience working with LinkedIn and data analysis tools (Excel, Google Drive, ATS).
  • Strong analytical, research, and communication skills.
  • Higher education or final-year student status in IT, HR, or Recruitment.
  • Understanding of software development principles.
