TL;DR

People & Culture Specialist (HR/Recruiting): Managing end-to-end recruiting operations and employee lifecycle processes with an accent on candidate experience and people operations. Focus on sourcing exceptional talent, optimizing onboarding/offboarding, and enhancing the employer brand.

Location: Hybrid in Potsdam, Germany (up to 4 days remote per week)

What you will do

  • Run the end-to-end recruiting process, including proactive sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to draft job descriptions and coordinate interview logistics.
  • Manage the employee lifecycle: prepare employment offers, contracts, onboarding, and offboarding.
  • Maintain accuracy in HR tools including Personio and Clockodo, and coordinate performance-review cycles.
  • Develop the employer brand through new-joiner communication, job fairs, and team activities.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in recruiting, people operations, or HR coordination.
  • Proven hands-on experience in full-cycle recruiting.
  • Fluent proficiency in both German and English.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
  • High level of discretion when handling confidential employee and candidate information.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Personio, Clockodo, or LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Basic knowledge of the German employment legal context.
  • Experience with performance reviews, employee surveys, or company event planning.
