What you will do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for diverse IT roles, ensuring high-quality delivery.
• Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to define real hiring needs beyond job descriptions.
• Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn, networking, and direct outreach.
• Conduct in-depth candidate screenings to assess technical background, motivation, and potential risks.
• Coordinate the full recruitment process and maintain strong candidate engagement to ensure high conversion.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

Requirements

• Proven experience in IT recruitment (agency or in-house).
• Strong sourcing capabilities and ability to proactively identify talent.
• Experience managing recruitment processes end-to-end.
• Ability to assess candidate fit beyond skills, including motivation and long-term alignment.
• Familiarity with recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS systems.
• Fluent Czech and English (written and spoken).
