What you will do

  • Define and implement sourcing strategies tailored to specific active vacancies.
  • Identify and engage relevant candidates using various sourcing channels and techniques.
  • Build and maintain long-term talent networks and pools for key roles and locations.
  • Develop and optimize the internal candidate database for higher efficiency.
  • Conduct research on talent availability, market trends, and competitor hiring practices.
  • Collaborate on cross-functional projects with recruitment and employer branding teams.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in or able to work onsite in Limassol, Cyprus
  • 1+ years of experience as a talent sourcer or recruiter (in-house or agency).
  • Proficiency in sourcing techniques: Boolean search, X-ray search, and natural language search.
  • Experience with platforms such as LinkedIn, GitHub, Stackoverflow, and Twitter.
  • English: Upper-intermediate (B2) or higher required
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
