What you will do
- Define and implement sourcing strategies tailored to specific active vacancies.
- Identify and engage relevant candidates using various sourcing channels and techniques.
- Build and maintain long-term talent networks and pools for key roles and locations.
- Develop and optimize the internal candidate database for higher efficiency.
- Conduct research on talent availability, market trends, and competitor hiring practices.
- Collaborate on cross-functional projects with recruitment and employer branding teams.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in or able to work onsite in Limassol, Cyprus
- 1+ years of experience as a talent sourcer or recruiter (in-house or agency).
- Proficiency in sourcing techniques: Boolean search, X-ray search, and natural language search.
- Experience with platforms such as LinkedIn, GitHub, Stackoverflow, and Twitter.
- English: Upper-intermediate (B2) or higher required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
